My Life With Christ

This simple worksheet will guide you in completing your personal testimony. Reenrolling students do not need to submit a testimony.

Application Fee

The application processing fee is $25. Use a check or money order; do not enclose cash. Reenrolling students are not required to pay an application fee.

Include a Photo

Your photo will be displayed on our bulletin board so that faculty, staff, and students can put your face with your name and remember to pray for you. Sending a photo is optional.
